Sufficiency

“Like the flow of fluidity of the tempered stream, so is truth kind to bring the spirit along to unencumbering it’s blindness.”   Catherine Phael

Well in Quietness

It was then she saw intrinsic denial, the builded walls of separateness, smoke screen objections sore. And she did not. For it was well in quiet, the spirit that remained.  Catherine Phael

Continuity of Love

“It is that love, natural affections, the truth spoken of throughout the ages. The altruistic love that is not only the born right of all, also the intrinsic value of all. There is no continuity in loving in a sphere of disapproval, spoken or unspoken.”  Catherine Phael

Axis

“The axis of the pulsating heart of life, the spirit, it is automatically strategic. Listening and always correcting itself to all things directly as they are in reality. So is the spirit always moving through its own portals of truth. …If we remember the center of who we are, we find the spirit is always our strongest alliance, to ourselves and others. It is not a moral or etiquette issue, always seen of men as right or wrong. It is that mercy of reason we give to the truth of weakness and strength that exists within ourselves, and others. It is the narrow portal that leads to a translucent place where the spirit dwells in rest. Like a spring in a dry land”   Catherine Phael

As We Are

“To we that have been dictated to by genetic or congenital hindrances that seek to overcome the will to live, by mere suffering the body, at its will, there is one call one. The call to suffering. Learning to befriend and hold your sufferings as sacred as your serenity of spirit. Beholding the beauty is in the breaking. So much more so, than the taking. The powers of intention versus the poser of attention. We build great walls, a haven. We paint our portrait at every step. Purpose in living and dying every day, we wake and thank another day with what we hold dear. Whether near or far. Gratitudinal.” Catherine Phael
