my body releases me.
My mind now travels.

Meditation is Brain Fishing

Focus on the stress—

                dissect and study it. 

It’s catching the fish.

       The bigger the fish the more overwhelming it is to catch.
       The heavier it weighs when you try to lift it.

It’s best to catch one fish at a time, 
after all,
               You can’t hook more than one.
                Imagine the weight of a large pile of fish. 
It’s not enough to simply catch and examine–
                 you have to carve and slice off the head.

Eating is understanding,
coming to terms and enjoying the meal.
